RETURN POLICY
Please note that most of our products are made to order and many of them are custom, one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be resold. With that in mind, please read product descriptions carefully before purchase and contact us at [email protected] with any questions before purchase, or if you are at all dissatisfied with your items once received.
If a return or exchange is necessary, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to begin the return process. If you’ve selected in-store pick-up, please bring your receipt and return your items to the store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached, if applicable.
RETURN SHIPPING —- To ship a return, please use the label and tracking number we provide via email once the return process has begun. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment if you fail to use our label. The shipment must be sent out within 14 days of label receipt. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return and are non-refundable.
If a return is needed based on an error on our part (potential name mis-spelling, etc.) we will certainly be 100% responsible for replacing that item with all the shipping and return costs taken care of by us.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES —- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
