Breathable Air Mesh Upper

The upper of the Supertrac Amphib is constructed from breathable and lightweight mesh, to regulate the temperature of your feet and keep you comfortable. The air mesh allows intolerable heat build-up to escape as the trail intensifies. This is then replaced with cool, fresh air to keep you feeling comfortable when things heat up so you can stay focused on the trail ahead. KPU materials feature on the upper to ensure added protection and durability, ready for whatever the trail has to throw at you and maintain excellent levels of drainage. This protective design works to keep debris from entering the shoe and causing discomfort. Not only this, but the mesh is quick-drying to keep your feet dry and comfortable as well as lightweight. A toe guard provides added protection and a performance tongue sits comfortably against the top of the foot. Lastly, an engineered lacing system locks down the midfoot for a secure and stable fit that helps to prevent in-shoe slippage.

Working alongside this, the shoes utilise Scott’s innovative eRIDE midsole compound. This unique rocker shape provides you with a stable mid-stance, promoting a faster, more efficient running style. Regardless of your running gait, eRIDE works with the body to promote a more dynamic running position, reducing heel strike impacts and increasing running efficiency. The midsole of the Supertrac Amphib works to absorb sudden and heavy shocks, therefore reducing the risks of injury and keeping you distraction and injury-free. In addition, the energy created by heavy contact with the ground will then be transferred into rebound which will help to improve running fluidity.
