Nubuck GORE-TEX Upper

The upper of the Hunter GORE-TEX Evo Extreme is made using ultra-durable nubuck leather that is robust enough to deal with anything the trail throws at you, from debris to sharp rocks and sticks. The GORE-TEX lining ensures total waterproof and windproof protection, allowing you to venture out into the elements with confidence. It blocks moisture out, preventing it from entering the shoe, whilst remaining breathable and allowing internal moisture to be wicked away from unparalleled comfort. The ten-inch height gives incredible coverage and protection, whilst also supporting the ankle. The 200g Primaloft insulation will provide warmth on the coldest winter days, and a traditional lacing system anchors the boot to the foot for greater control and stability.

DuraPU Midsole

The DuraPU midsole offers abrasion resistance for added durability on uneven surfaces and tricky terrains. A multi-density PU midsole provides support and cushioning as you go. This midsole cushions each step that you take for a softer landing that reduces the risk of damage to your body and joints on your hikes. The midsole of the Hunter GORE-TEX Evo Extreme provides three-dimensional support for your foot, comfortably cradling and supporting it through each stride on a wide variety of uneven surfaces.

VIBRAM Masai Outsole

This outsole delivers excellent grip on all surfaces thanks to self-cleaning mountaineering tread. It has rough braking and rappelling studs to allow you to make decisive, effective movements on varied terrain, and an undercut heel front for excellent grip. The “Climbing Zone” at the tip of the sole helps make inclines and descents easy so you can be confident out on the trail.
